EVENT DESIGN

We are most sought after for our unconventional and unapologetic approach to event conceptualization and design. We incorporate the latest technology and trends to create an elevated experience that tells your story in the most authentic way. Our goal is to have your guests blown away by the most unexpected details that are “so you”.

We design the ultimate decor. From invitation suites to day-of event design and branding, we aim to make your event ultra modern and chic, and nothing anyone has seen before. Your story should be cohesive and designed with a purpose. We love what we do, and we love to create.

We begin the process by creating a detailed conceptual presentation complete with elements such as color schemes, patterns, and event graphics. From fine stationery, to exotic florals and custom fabrications, every detail is curated to support the elements that matter to you the most. We then employ the most sought after vendors to help execute your vision and design.

After approving your design, it will then be presented during our signature Delsie showcase where we will re-create the day your guests will experience.

EVENT PRODUCTION

Our production team is a vital extension of our planning and design. Their support is strategic for seamless execution of your affair.

We consider every detail that your unforgettable event requires. Our production managers oversee all onsite timeline logistics including installation, timeline execution, and vendor management. Our guest concierge attendants focus on the details that elevate the experience for your VIP’s and most esteemed guests.

During our final meeting, we will approve and finalize details, timelines, floor plans, and final payment schedules. Our wedding concierge will detail your experience with the elements you cannot live without like your favorite celebratory drink of choice. Our wedding concierge attendants will also be available to answer any questions that you guests may have.

Production fees will be calculated after the scope of the event is determined and will be reflected as a line item in the total event budget.

This starting point includes the level of service, customization, and personalization we deliver, ensuring that your celebration is nothing short of remarkable.
